It is dramatic, memorable, visual, and impossible to forget. It instantly turns cosmology into an origin story. That is precisely why “Big Flare-Up” is such a strong counter-name. At first, some people may hear it as merely a provocative alternative. That is too shallow. It is not just a replacement label. It is a conceptual correction.
